How do I invite family members?

Go to Settings > Family Management > Invite Members. You can send an invitation link via email or share it directly with your family members.

How do I enable push notifications?

When you first log in, you'll be prompted to enable notifications. You can also manage notification preferences in Settings > Notifications.

Can I create accounts for my children?

Yes! Family administrators can create child accounts in Settings > User Management. Child accounts use a username instead of an email address.

How do I reset my password?

On the login page, enter your email and click "Forgot password?" You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your content is only visible to members of your family group. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

How do I delete my account?

Contact us at support@ourworld.net to request account deletion. We will process your request within 30 days.
